This is an interview with a K-12 teacher who teaches in mainstream classroom but has a few English Language Learners, aka limited English proficient students or ESL students. The teacher has had some ESL training through his/her school district or at least in college. This interview is trying to get the teacher to describe his/her experience in such training programs. The writer need to respond to the interview questions. The answers alone (without the questions) should be 2 pages. These are the questions: Interview Questions1. What kind of professional development and support does your school district provide for mainstream teachers who work with ELLs?2. How many times have you participated in any ESL professional development training (pre-service or in-service)?3.
